Jake
Ross Detective Agency is a licensed private investigative and
executive protection agency headquartered in Daytona Beach,
Florida, "The World's Most Famous Beach" and 60 miles
from Orlando (Disney World), Florida. From 1974 to the
present date, Jake Ross and licensed investigators operating under
his general supervision have held steadfast to the belief that
their primary function is to serve the best interests of their
clients to the utmost of their ability. Jake C. Ross is the Chief
Investigator for Jake Ross Detective Agency. He is a former
investigator for the Florida State Attorney's Office, Deland
Police Department and Special Security Agent for the city of
Orlando. Mr. Ross also served in the United States Army,
quickly progressed from a police officer to state attorney
investigator and was promoted to assistant chief investigator.
He also served as Chief of campus safety and security consultant
for many years.
Jake Ross has attained a great amount of knowledge in law and the
criminal justice system. He has taught at Daytona Beach Community
College, Bethune-Cookman College, St. John's University, and
has been featured on numerous occasions on radio and television
stations. Mr. Ross has published two articles in the P. I.
(Private Investigator) Magazine- one, on his role in finding two
kidnapped children (The Kidnapped
Grandchildren)
and another, called A Man Who Loves
Challenges. He
also wrote an article, on criminal defense investigation
(How to Help Your Attorney). Jake Ross was selected by the
Florida Secretary of State to serve as a member of the Security
Advisory Council and has been honored by the Secretary of
State for his contributions.
In 2005, the Jake Ross Detective
& Security Agency celebrated their 30th Anniversary.
